Hi! My name is Sammy and I’m an artist from the South of England, where I live with my other half and our gerbil, Pippin.

I love to draw small whimsical critters, off on their adventures in a magical world. My sources of inspiration are fantasy, nature and wildlife.

My interest in drawing started from childhood, and in my teenage years I started to learn Photoshop and digital painting through watching YouTube videos and following online tutorials. I completed an Art & Design diploma at college in 2014 – aside from this I am mostly self taught from home. Digital painting became my primary medium – I painted fantasy portraits, fan art and character commissions. I then began painting wildlife, and towards the end of 2023 I revisited pencil drawing, leading to the work I make today.

Aside from drawing and painting, I also enjoy knitting, embroidery & cross stitching, reading, gardening, watching films, exploring castles, and playing games.
